A limited partnership formed under any statute of this State prior to July 1, 1931, until or unless it becomes a limited partnership under this chapter or chapter 88 of NRS, shall continue to be governed by the provisions of chapter 60, Laws of Nevada Territory 1862, entitled “An Act to Authorize the Formation of Limited Partnerships,” approved December 19, 1862, except that such a partnership must not be renewed unless so provided in the original agreement.
