Every claim against any limited-liability company for which a receiver has been appointed shall be presented to the receiver in writing and upon oath. The claimant, if required, shall submit to such examination in relation to the claim as the court shall direct, and shall produce such books and papers relating to the claim as shall be required. The court shall have power to authorize the receiver to examine, under oath or affirmation, all witnesses produced before the receiver touching the claim or any part thereof.
