Nevada Revised Statutes Title 7. Business Associations; Securities; Commodities § 81.150. Right of corporation to do business: Quo warranto proceedings

The right of a corporation, claiming to be organized and incorporated and carrying on its business under NRS 81.010 to 81.160, inclusive, to do and to continue its business, may be inquired into by quo warranto proceedings at the suit of the Attorney General, but not otherwise.
