Nevada Revised Statutes Title 7. Business Associations; Securities; Commodities § 78.375. Waiver of notice or other communication

Whenever any notice or other communication is required to be delivered under the provisions of this chapter, a waiver thereof in a signed writing by the person or persons entitled to the notice or communication, whether before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent thereto.
