Nevada Revised Statutes Title 57. Insurance § 695J.110. Application for initial certificate as exchange enrollment facilitator: Requirements; fee

1. Be a natural person of not less than 18 years of age;

2. Apply on a form prescribed by the Commissioner;

3. Pass a written examination established by the Commissioner by regulation;

4. Successfully complete a course of instruction established by the Commissioner by regulation;

5. Submit fingerprints as required pursuant to NRS 695J.120; and

6. Pay the nonrefundable:
