Nevada Revised Statutes Title 57. Insurance § 694C.386. Alien captive insurer: Issuance of certificate related to branch operations; registration

An alien captive insurer licensed as a branch captive insurer shall petition the Commissioner to issue a certificate setting forth the finding of the Commissioner that, after considering the character, reputation, financial responsibility, insurance experience and business qualifications of the officers and directors of the alien captive insurer, the licensing and maintenance of the branch operations will promote the general welfare of the State. The alien captive insurer may register to do business in this State after the certificate is issued by the Commissioner.
