Nevada Revised Statutes Title 57. Insurance § 693A.620. Continuation of corporate existence of mutual insurer

The corporate existence of a mutual insurer reorganizing pursuant to NRS 693A.550 to 693A.665, inclusive, does not terminate, and the reorganized stock insurer shall be deemed to be a continuation of the mutual insurer and to have been organized on the date on which the mutual insurer was originally organized.
