Nevada Revised Statutes Title 57. Insurance § 692C.150. Exemption from restrictions on investments

Investments in common stock, preferred stock, debt obligations or other securities of subsidiaries made pursuant to NRS 692C.140 shall not be subject to any of the otherwise applicable restrictions or prohibitions contained in this chapter which are applicable to such investments.
