Nevada Revised Statutes Title 57. Insurance § 691E.180. “Travel retailer” defined

“Travel retailer” means a person that makes, arranges or offers travel services and, as a service to the customers of the person, may offer and disseminate travel insurance on behalf of, and under the direction of, a producer of limited lines travel insurance.
