Nevada Revised Statutes Title 57. Insurance § 690C.155. Determination of controlling person of provider

A person is a controlling person of a provider if the person:

1. Is an officer of the provider; or

2. Possesses the authority to set the policy and direct the management of the business entity in connection with its service contract business.
