Nevada Revised Statutes Title 57. Insurance § 687B.406. Compliance of certain insurers or organizations providing health coverage with certain federal laws regarding dependent students

An insurer or other organization providing health coverage pursuant to chapter 689B, 689C, 695A, 695B, 695C or 695F of NRS shall comply with the provisions of Michelle's Law,  1Public Law 110-381, and any federal regulations issued pursuant thereto.

1 26 U.S.C.A. § 9813, 29 U.S.C.A. § 1185c, and 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 300gg-7 and 300gg-54.
