Nevada Revised Statutes Title 57. Insurance § 686C.170. Liability for guaranty provided by laws of another state or jurisdiction

The Association is not liable under NRS 686C.152 where a guaranty is provided to residents of this state by the laws of the domiciliary state or jurisdiction of the impaired or insolvent insurer other than this state.
