Except as otherwise provided in this section and subsection 3 of NRS 678B.220, the Board shall not, for more than a total of 10 business days in any 1 calendar year, accept applications to operate a cannabis establishment. The Board may by regulation prescribe longer periods in which it will accept applications to operate a cannabis establishment.
