Nevada Revised Statutes Title 55. Banks and Related Organizations § 676A.560. Disclosures and documents to be in English; provider also must furnish translation if language other than English is used in communications

Unless the Commissioner, by regulation, provides otherwise, the disclosures and documents required by this chapter must be in English. If a provider communicates with an individual primarily in a language other than English, the provider must furnish a translation into the other language of the disclosures and documents required by this chapter.
