Nevada Revised Statutes Title 55. Banks and Related Organizations § 675.299. Review and evaluation of operations required at least annually

A licensee who authorizes any employee to engage in the business of lending in this State at a remote location shall, at least once each year, conduct a review and evaluation of the operations of the licensee which are conducted by employees working at remote locations to determine whether such operations comply with the provisions of NRS 675.2965 to 675.299, inclusive. The Commissioner may require a licensee to conduct such a review and evaluation at such other times as the Commissioner deems necessary.
