No licensee shall conduct the business of making loans provided for by this chapter under any name or at any place other than that stated in the license. Nothing herein shall prevent:
1. The making of loans by mail nor prohibit accommodations to individual borrowers when necessitated by hours of employment, sickness or other emergency situations; or
2. A licensee from authorizing an employee to engage in the business of lending in this State at a remote location in accordance with NRS 675.2965 to 675.299, inclusive.
