Nevada Revised Statutes Title 55. Banks and Related Organizations § 673.5925. Recordation of order appointing successor trustee

The final order of appointment of any such new trustee upon its entry must be recorded in the office of the county recorder in the county or counties in which the instrument under which such appointment has been made is recorded, and a minute of the same must be entered by the county recorder on the margin of the record where the original instrument is recorded.
