Nevada Revised Statutes Title 55. Banks and Related Organizations § 673.00575. “Deposit account” defined

“Deposit account” means an account that holds deposits, whether in a commercial, demand, time, checking, savings or similar type of account, or which is evidenced by a certificate of deposit, investment certificate, certificate of indebtedness or other similar name, for which the savings bank is primarily liable.
