Nevada Revised Statutes Title 55. Banks and Related Organizations § 670B.680. Confidentiality and disclosure of certain books, records and information obtained by Division of Financial Institutions

1. The Division of Financial Institutions, any authorized employee or representative of the Division of Financial Institutions and any state or federal agency investigating the activities covered under the provisions of this chapter; and

2. Any person if the Commissioner, in his or her discretion, determines that the interests of the public that would be protected by disclosure outweigh the interest of any person in the confidential information not being disclosed.
