Nevada Revised Statutes Title 55. Banks and Related Organizations § 670B.630. Complaints: Submission to Commissioner for investigation; Division of Financial Institutions required to share with Office of the Attorney General

1. The Student Loan Ombudsman designated pursuant to NRS 226.560 or a member of the public may submit a complaint concerning a student loan servicer to the Commissioner for investigation pursuant to NRS 670B.640.

2. The Division of Financial Institutions shall share a complaint submitted pursuant to this section with the Office of the Attorney General in accordance with NRS 226.575.
