Nevada Revised Statutes Title 55. Banks and Related Organizations § 670B.320. Change in information provided in application for issuance or renewal of license: Notice to Commissioner required

A licensee or an applicant for a license shall notify the Commissioner, in writing, of any change in the information provided in the initial application for a license or the most recent application for renewal of such a license, as applicable, not later than 10 business days after the occurrence of the event that results in such information becoming inaccurate.
