Nevada Revised Statutes Title 55. Banks and Related Organizations § 667.155. Hearing on objections to appointment of successor trustee; appeal from order

If, upon the day fixed in the order and notice, objection is made to the appointment of a new trustee, the court shall hear and determine the matter. An appeal may be taken from the decision of the court by any party who made an appearance in the proceeding.
