1. A foreign bank which is licensed to establish and maintain a state branch or agency may from time to time change the address of its registered office, and shall change its registered agent if:

Any change of registered office or registered agent under this section may be effected by filing within 10 business days after the change two duplicate originals of a statement setting forth the details with respect to the change and the effective date thereof, in such form and containing such information as the Commissioner may require.
