The Commissioner shall receive and place on file in the Commissioner’s office all reports required by law and shall certify all reports required to be published. The reports filed with or prepared by the Division of Financial Institutions and other information obtained from a depository institution are not public records and may not be disclosed, except information concerning financial institutions which by specific statute is made generally available to the public.
