Nevada Revised Statutes Title 54. Professions, Occupations and Businesses § 656A.110. Regulations: Qualifications, scope of practice and ethical standards for interpreters; qualifications for professional mentors of interpreters; additional professional classifications of interpreters

(1) The level of education and professional training, experience and credentialing required to engage in the practice of sign language interpreting in that classification.

(2) The authorized scope of practice, including, without limitation, any condition, restriction or other limitation imposed on a person who practices in that classification.

(3) Ethical standards for persons who engage in the practice of sign language interpreting in that professional classification.
