Nevada Revised Statutes Title 54. Professions, Occupations and Businesses § 652.215. Licensed professional nurses employed by Division in community health field: Performance of specific laboratory procedures under supervision of Chief Medical Officer; regulations

A licensed professional nurse who is employed by the Division to work in the field of community health may perform specific laboratory procedures prescribed by the Board under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer. The Board shall adopt regulations governing the performance of these procedures.
