If a licensee or registered employee, or an applicant for a license or registration, has engaged in repeated acts which would be grounds for disciplinary action, but has corrected the conditions resulting from those acts, the correction of those conditions does not preclude the Board or its authorized representative from taking action against the person pursuant to NRS 648.160.
