Nevada Revised Statutes Title 54. Professions, Occupations and Businesses § 645G.900. Prohibited acts; penalties; injunctive relief

1. Any person who is not licensed pursuant to this chapter who acts as an exchange facilitator in this State or holds himself or herself out as a licensee and any licensee who commits an act set forth in subsection 1 of NRS 645G.515 is:
