The Division shall deposit any money it receives from a civil penalty imposed pursuant to NRS 205.960 and 645G.900 with the State Treasurer for credit to a separate account in the State General Fund. The Division shall expend at least 75 percent of the money so received to pay administrative costs related to:
1. The licensing of exchange facilitators; and
2. Any program it develops to supply information regarding exchange facilitators to the public.
Any remaining money may be used by the Division to reimburse residents of Nevada for financial losses caused by the illegal conduct of an exchange facilitator.
