Nevada Revised Statutes Title 54. Professions, Occupations and Businesses § 645F.280. Adoption of regulations establishing rates paid by persons licensed by Commissioner for supervision and examination by Commissioner or Division

1. The Commissioner shall establish by regulation rates to be paid by all persons licensed by the Commissioner for supervision and examinations by the Commissioner or the Division.

2. In establishing a rate for examinations pursuant to subsection 1, the Commissioner shall consider:

(a) The complexity of the various examinations to which the rate applies;

(b) The skill required to conduct the examinations;

(c) The expenses associated with conducting the examination and preparing a report; and

(d) Any other factors the Commissioner deems relevant.
