Nevada Revised Statutes Title 54. Professions, Occupations and Businesses § 645B.710. Act or omission of partner, officer or director deemed act or omission of partnership, corporation or unincorporated association

If a person is a partnership, corporation or unincorporated association, the Commissioner may take any disciplinary action required pursuant to NRS 645B.690 and may take any other disciplinary action set forth in this chapter against the person if any member of the partnership or any officer or director of the corporation or unincorporated association has committed any act or omission that would be cause for taking such disciplinary action against a natural person.
