Nevada Revised Statutes Title 54. Professions, Occupations and Businesses § 645B.0247. Grounds for denial of license: Authority of Commissioner not limited

The provisions of NRS 645B.0243 and 645B.0245 do not limit the authority of the Commissioner to refuse to issue a license to an applicant for any other lawful reason or pursuant to any other provision of law.
