1. The holder of a license or certificate of registration issued by the Board to practice any branch of cosmetology must display his or her current license or certificate or a duplicate of the license or certificate in plain view of the public at the workstation where the holder of the license or certificate performs his or her work on the public.
2. If a person practices cosmetology in more than one place, the person shall display the license or certificate or a duplicate of the license or certificate wherever he or she is actually working on the public.
