The Executive Director of the Board:
1. Shall prescribe the duties of the officers, examiners and employees of the Board, and fix the compensation of those employees.
2. May, with the approval of the Board, establish offices in as many locations in the State as the Executive Director finds necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
3. May adopt a seal.
4. May issue subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of books and papers.
