In addition to any other requirements set forth in this chapter, an applicant for a license to practice the profession of embalming, a certificate of registration to serve as a registered apprentice to a licensed embalmer, a funeral director's license, a license as a funeral arranger, a permit to operate a funeral establishment or a permit to operate a direct cremation facility that is issued pursuant to this chapter shall submit to the Board a complete set of fingerprints and written permission authorizing the Board to forward those fingerprints to the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History for its report on the criminal history of the applicant and for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for its report on the criminal history of the applicant.
