Nevada Revised Statutes Title 54. Professions, Occupations and Businesses § 641D.260. Board authorized to contract to carry out provisions of chapter

The Board may contract with any appropriate public or private agency, organization or institution in order to carry out the provisions of this chapter. The purposes of such a contract may include, without limitation:

1. To obtain assistance in processing applications for the issuance or renewal of a license;

2. To obtain technical assistance;

3. To facilitate cooperation with another board or licensing entity in this State or any other jurisdiction;

4. To obtain recommendations to improve and standardize procedures used by the Board; and

5. To obtain assistance in identifying resources for improving the operations of the Board.
