Nevada Revised Statutes Title 54. Professions, Occupations and Businesses § 641A.370. Rehearing after revocation or suspension of license

If the Board revokes or suspends a license for a fixed time, the licensee may apply for a rehearing within 15 days after the date of the suspension or revocation and the Board may grant the application upon the terms and conditions it deems appropriate within 30 days after the application.
