If the Board, based on evidence satisfactory to it, believes that any person has violated or is about to violate any provision of this chapter, the terms of any license, or any order, decision, demand or requirement, or any part thereof, the Board may bring an action, in the name of the Board, in the district court in and for the county in which the person resides, against the person to enjoin the person from continuing the violation or engaging in any act that constitutes such a violation. The court may enter an order or judgment granting such injunctive relief as it determines proper, but no such injunctive relief may be granted without at least 5 days' notice to the opposite party.
