Nevada Revised Statutes Title 54. Professions, Occupations and Businesses § 640B.330. Issuance of license to persons licensed in other jurisdictions

Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, the Board shall issue a license as an athletic trainer, without examination, to an applicant who is licensed to engage in the practice of athletic training in another state, territory or possession of the United States, or the District of Columbia if the applicant submits to the Board:

The Board shall not issue a license pursuant to this section unless the jurisdiction in which the applicant is licensed had requirements at the time the license was issued that the Board determines are substantially equivalent to the requirements for a license as an athletic trainer set forth in this chapter.
