Nevada Revised Statutes Title 54. Professions, Occupations and Businesses § 634.1362. Duties concerning compliance with laws pertaining to practice of chiropractic, medical records and notification of dissolution or closing of facility

Ensure that all chiropractic physicians and chiropractic assistants who provide chiropractic services in any facility owned or operated by the business entity comply with the provisions of this chapter or the regulations adopted by the Board, and any other statute or regulation pertaining to the practice of chiropractic;

3. Not later than 30 days after the dissolution of the business entity or the closing of any facility owned or operated by the business entity, notify the Board of the dissolution or closure and the procedure by which a patient of the business entity may obtain his or her medical records.
