Nevada Revised Statutes Title 54. Professions, Occupations and Businesses § 632.240. System for delivery of health care: Nursing services must be supervised by chief administrative nurse

The provision of nursing services in any system for the delivery of health care must be under the direction and supervision of a chief administrative nurse who is a registered nurse.
