Nevada Revised Statutes Title 54. Professions, Occupations and Businesses § 630A.440. Limitation of time for completion of examination of homeopathic physician if Board issues order for summary suspension of license

Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 622A of NRS, if the Board issues an order summarily suspending the license of a homeopathic physician pending proceedings for disciplinary action and requires the homeopathic physician to submit to a mental or physical examination or an examination of his or her competence to practice homeopathic medicine, the examination must be conducted and the results obtained not later than 60 days after the Board issues its order.
