Nevada Revised Statutes Title 54. Professions, Occupations and Businesses § 630A.130. Oaths or affirmations of office

Before entering upon the duties of office, each member of the Board shall take:

1. The constitutional oath or affirmation of office; and

2. An oath or affirmation that the member is legally qualified to serve on the Board.
