Nevada Revised Statutes Title 54. Professions, Occupations and Businesses § 630.049. Place at which act constituting practice of medicine deemed to occur

For the purposes of this chapter, any act that constitutes the practice of medicine shall be deemed to occur at the place where the patient is located at the time the act is performed.
