Nevada Revised Statutes Title 54. Professions, Occupations and Businesses § 628B.300. Engaging in business without license unlawful

It is unlawful for any person to engage in any activity relating to service as a private professional guardian, including, without limitation, engaging in the business of a private professional guardian, if the person does not meet the requirements set forth in NRS 159.0595.
