Nevada Revised Statutes Title 54. Professions, Occupations and Businesses § 623A.133. Preparation and adoption of code of conduct

The Board shall prepare and adopt a code of conduct for holders of certificates of registration and holders of a certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern. The code must ensure the maintenance of a high standard of integrity, dignity and professional responsibility by members of the profession. Before adopting the code, the Board shall send a copy of the proposed code to each holder of a certificate of registration and holder of a certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern. Each holder of a certificate of registration and holder of a certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern may vote on any provision included in the code. The Board may adopt each provision in the code unless 25 percent or more of the holders of certificates of registration vote against that provision.
