If the registration of an architect, registered interior designer or residential designer is suspended or revoked, or he or she is given a written reprimand, notation of the penalty must be entered in the register of architects, register of registered interior designers or register of residential designers and in his or her personnel file. Notification of the suspension, revocation or written reprimand must be sent to the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards or the National Council for Interior Design Qualification, as appropriate.
