Nevada Revised Statutes Title 54. Professions, Occupations and Businesses § 622.230. Conditions and limitations regarding contracting with person to provide services as independent contractor

1. A member or employee of the regulatory body; or

2. A licensee of the regulatory body, unless the regulatory body implements policies and procedures to prevent the person who is the independent contractor from participating in any activities that are directly related to the licensee.
