Nevada Revised Statutes Title 5. Juvenile Justice § 62D.210. Procedure when proceedings involve placement into foster care; appointment of attorney

1. If a proceeding conducted pursuant to the provisions of this title involves the placement of an Indian child into foster care, the juvenile court shall require that notice of the proceeding and any other notice required pursuant to this chapter be provided in accordance with NRS 125E.220.
