Nevada Revised Statutes Title 48. Water § 543.400. Acquisition, improvement and disposal of property

The board may take by grant, purchase, gift, devise or lease, or otherwise, and hold, use, enjoy and lease, or dispose of real or personal property of every kind within or without the district necessary or proper to carry out any of the purposes of NRS 543.170 to 543.830, inclusive, and to complete, extend, add to, repair or otherwise improve any works or improvements or any property acquired by the district as authorized by NRS 543.170 to 543.830, inclusive.
